Return policy

SCARO jewelry is made according to the highest quality standards. Thus, we can affirm with certainty that your satisfaction is guaranteed. To do so, we offer two return options for limited series pieces.

Refund or Exchange: 

Requests for a refund or an exchange must be sent to us within ten days following the shipment date of your package.

Step 1: 

Call or email our shipping office to explain the reasons for your dissatisfaction. A return authorization can then be sent to you.

Step 2:

Securely repack your package with the receipt inside. For an exchange, specify which jewelry item you would like in return. Use fast shipping like FedEx, Dicom, Purolator or Express Post by Canada Post and get insurance on the package. You are responsible for assuming all return costs.

Step 3:

Your package will be inspected upon reception. The jewelry you return must not have been used and must be returned in its original SCARO box.

Refunds will be processed* within seven business days following the reception of your package. You will be refunded by the same method you used to make your purchase.

*Excluding transport fees

For exchanges, the deadline is the same and transport fees are assumed by the customer.

SCARO also creates unique pieces and special orders. No refunds will be issued for jewelry in these categories, unless a defect is identified and acknowledged by SCARO.
